Tasty tartine

It's been long since I posted a recipe, so here's a super easy and tasty one. It's a mix of the flavors I enjoy the most from my native country (Mexico) and my new home country (Italy):
Avocado, burrata and cherry tomatoes tartines
(serves 4)
1 ripe avocado
250 gr. burrata
6-7 cherry tomatoes
Crackers, or thin slices of bread
2 spoons of lemon juice
Fresh coarsed peppercorns (Sichuan, black, red or a mix of them)
salt
coriander powder

First you prepare your layers:

Peel the avocado, take away the core and mash it in a bowl as if you were making guacamole, add lemon juice, a pinch of salt and coriander powder, mix. In another bowl, cut the burrata into small dices, sprinkle some pepper and salt and mix. Cut the tomatoes into slices and sprinkle some salt over them.
Start preparing the tartines by spreading some avocado over the crackers or bread.

Then put some burrata over, and finally top with the cherry tomatoes.
Try to prepare the tartines right before eating them, they can be in the fridge for an hour before eating but the crakers might get soft and moisty.
Pair with a fruity dry white wine and enjoy!
